The Kelp, Oyster & Coastal Catch Dinner will feature special guests Susie Flores from Stonington Kelp Farm, Beth from Stonington Oysters and Katie from Eating with the EcoSystem. The dinner will focus on community based aquaculture and wild capture seafood, specifically sustainable and invasive species.
