Join us for the perfect Valentine's Day celebration, a wine tasting dinner in the historic 1765 Manor House at Stone Acres Farm. Experience a 5-course tasting menu from the 85th Day team that will accompany some of the most exciting wines coming out of California today, fromThe Withers Winery. The Withers Winery owner & winemaker, Andrew Tow, will lead us on the journey, tasting through 5 wines, as well as his boutique gin, each paired with a marvelous dish from the kitchen. The Menu

Mystic Cheese Co’s Melinda Mae gougere with apricot and pink peppercorn paired with El Dorado Rose.

Butter poached Stonington Sea Scallop with winter citrus and oak smoked fleur de sel paired with Peters Vineyard Chardonnay.

Seacoast Mushroom confit of black trumpet mushrooms with truffle, black pepper, parmesan, and grilled maitake mushroom with cherry molasses and cacao, paired with English Hill Pinot Noir and Oppenlander Vineyard Pinot Noir.

Wine and black currant braised local beef short rib with fennel gratin and winter herbs.

Chocolate and chili crème brulee.
