Join us in celebrating the release of our friend Chef Chrissy Tracey’s first cookbook, Forage & Feast! Chrissy will join James Beard Finalist Chef Renee Touponce in the kitchen at Oyster Club to prepare a four course vegan, plant-based meal with drink pairing. Each guest will also receive a signed copy of the book! If you haven’t met her foraging and cooking throughout her home state of Connecticut, you may have seen Chrissy all over food media as a video host on Bon Appetit’s website, and a contributor to Epicurious. Last year she joined us for Jacques Pépin’s holiday birthday celebration, and at the Roost Festival, and we can’t wait to cook with her again this spring!

Your ticket includes a four course vegan, plant-based, dinner with drink pairing prepared and presented by Chefs Chrissy Tracey and Renee Touponce, and a signed copy of Chrissy’s book: Forage & Feast. Tickets are nonrefundable within 48 hours of the dinner.
