Chrissy will join James Beard Finalist Chef Renee Touponce in the kitchen at Oyster Club to prepare a four course vegan, plant-based meal with drink pairing. Each guest will also receive a signed copy of the book! If you haven’t met her foraging and cooking throughout her home state of Connecticut, you may have seen Chrissy all over food media as a video host on Bon Appetit’s website, and a contributor to Epicurious. Last year she joined us for Jacques Pépin’s holiday birthday celebration, and at the Roost Festival, and we can’t wait to cook with her again this spring!
